Potential cuases:
i). Modem is not connected properly.
ii). Due to the conflict in COM ports.
iii). Modem driver software not
installed peropely.
iv). Conflict on IOS address,port, with
other device.
Solutions:
i). Connect modem properly.
ii). Configure the COM ports properly
for modem and other device such as mouse.
iii). Remove and re-install the modem
drivers.
iv). Remove the confliction by changing
IQR and I/O address.
