Potential Causes:
Improper jumper setting of
motherboard.
Improper selection of CPU speed on
BIOS setup on CPU menu.
Motherboard does not support
current CPU speed.
Solutions:
Do not remove and add any jumper
on motherboard if needed, refer its manual( it may create critical situation)
Set CPU proper speed on BIOS setup
Fit the CPU, which is supported by
the mother board.
